Photographer-turned filmmaker Sean Ellis follows Cashback with a cerebral horror that’s more creepily unsettling than out-and-out scary.
Lena Headey plays a London radiologist shocked to see her perfect double pass her by. One car crash later, she awakens to find everything in her life subtly out of whack.
Ellis serves up a stylish affair that superficially echoes Polanski and Invasion Of The Body Snatchers. Alas, go a little deeper and there’s really not much to a film whose reveal won’t surprise anybody unlucky enough to catch the similar Mirrors.
