When it comes to Japan, Microsoft does not have a hope in hell. But that's not stopping them from spending probably millions of dollars on the creator of Final Fantasy's latest ideas. We can't complain: Blue Dragon looks like a good version of the usual, and Lost Odyssey just looks ultra kick-ass even though it's obviously early. So we were happy to sit in on a big hi-def demo of the two games given by the man himself. Just like the line to play Blue Dragon on the show floor, there was a ton of interest. Things are getting really exciting, and it's the gamers who reap the rewards.
What we learned:
