When you use the Debug Menu and go to Charge Item these are the
following weapons:
SHURIKEN (Stars) - a deadly throwing weapon.
SMOKE (Smoke Bombs) - generates smoke to observe and confuse.
MAKIBISI (Caltrops) - scatter to injure pursuers.
FIRE (Grenade) - explodes on impact.
JIRAI (Mine) - explodes when stepped on.
KUSURI (Healing Potion) - restores health.
KAGINAWA (Grappling hook) - hooks on area and pulls you.
GUN (Pistol) - shoots bullets.
YUMI (Arrows) - shoots arrows.
KAEN - sets you and enemy on fire.
DOKUDANGO (Poison Rice) - causes temporary paralysis when eaten.
RIKIMARUKOCHAN (Shadow Decoy) - creates an attention-getting decoy.
GOSIKIMAI (Colored Rice) - use as a trial marker.
HAPPOU (Super-shuriken) - fires 8 shurikens simultaneously.
NINKEN (Dog Bone) - summons an attack dog.
NEMURIGUSURI (Sleeping Gas) - induces sleep.
KAENGEKI (Fire-eater Scroll) - use to breath fire.
KAWORIMI (Resurrection Leaf) - automatically restores health upon
death.
GOSHINFUDA (Protection Amulet) - temporarily boosts offense and
defense.
MANEBUE (Decoy Whistle) - mimics an animal call to foot enemies.
HENSIN (Chameleon Spell) - temporarily disguises you as an enemy.
SHINSOKU (Light-foot Scroll) - use to instantly move long distances.
LIGHTING BOLT (Lighting) - shoots lighting streaks at enemy.
THE WORLD (Teleport) - used to teleport to specific area.

While in the debug menu when you slect an item it asks : 10 100 full instead of picking one of those press the triangle button and you will get the icon with no limt it has worked on all items i've used so far

Start a game then hit start then press and hold L1 and R2 while holding these press up then triangle then down then X then left and then square then right and O then release L1 and R2 then hit L1 then R1 then L2 then R2 that should glitch the game a little then presse start that should get you going again now to acces the debug menu just hit L2 R2 together at any time to bring it up it lets you get all the items plus the lightning bolt that the end boss uses aroows a gun and a neat teleport skill you can also make a enemy that can be controlled buy a friend or your self have fun
