Tekken: Dark Resurrection

However, there's no word yet on whether the story-based Tekken Force or Devil Within modes - which ditched the one-on-one formula in favor of brawling through multiple opponents - will return.

Regardless of what extras it packs in, though, Tekken: Dark Resurrection's worthiness will come down to one thing: how good it feels to plant your fist in an opponent's face. We probably won't get a hands-on for some time, but if it plays as good as it looks, then it should deliver all the rapid-fire biff-bam-pow that fighter fans have come to expect from the series.

After graduating from college in 2000 with a BA in journalism, I worked for five years as a copy editor, page designer and videogame-review columnist at a couple of mid-sized newspapers you've never heard of. My column eventually got me a freelancing gig with GMR magazine, which folded a few months later. I was hired on full-time by GamesRadar in late 2005, and have since been paid actual money to write silly articles about lovable blobs.
