Definitely some similarities to the build I've been using, but I can't really agree with the glass cannon. Doing 15% more damage just ends fights you that already would've won a little bit faster, and loses fights that you would've survived if you had your damage resistance and another passive.
On the other hand, something like Galvanizing Ward can do wonders. With teleport, you should only be getting hit very infrequently, meaning health regen has the time to rebuild a huge chunk of your health. Again, win fights you otherwise would've lost.
