      This angers me to a point you would not believe. I am a huge fan of this series, and I was hyped for this immensely. Ninja Gaiden II felt brutal in all the right ways. When you slash someone about 10 times with a katana, a limb WILL come off sooner or later. But not here. And QTEs? I don't mind the finishing moves part, but QTEs are just stupid, especially when it's just dodging a car. To me, this is a dumbed-down Ninja Gaiden, one that's barely NG anymore. Itagaki, the series isn't the same without you.

      While these games have always had decent gameplay, their aesthetic and world have been so fucking boring and uninspired that I've never been able to drum up any real interest in them after the first game. The concept of "ninja" in these games reminds me of the 90's post-Ninja-Turtles fad where it basically means "martial artist" and everyone dresses in bright colors.

      Dead or Alive legend Hikari? No, she isn't a legend. Hikari is new, unless I'm missing a whole lot of obvious. Though, this is also a good thing. She'll probably be grapple based seeing as how the only other two female characters like that are Tina and Lisa. With a third one added to the group, it would be evened out with the male grapplers, Leon, Bass, and Bayman.

      Honestly, I could dig this. It reminds me a bit of Assassin's Creed's MP, but with a more... aggressive approach. It looks a little shaky now, and I'm sure it'll be frustrating as hell when the higher levels come online, but it kinda captures ninja-on-ninja action, which is something we've all dreamed as when we were kids. I don't have high hopes, but I'm definitely interested.

      I still think its really weird that he's cutting them to bits and yet there are no body parts falling off. Why would they not include that in the game? And hopefully there's an option to turn off that big ol' X right in the middle of the screen every time you want to cut through someone. Smart people should be able to recognize when the camera shifts to signify, "You need to push X again to cut this dude in half".

      As usual, Nintendo is behind. Arkham City will also be on Wii U, ANOTHER title that has already been released. The 3DS caught up to the PSP with the Lego games and now the Wii is catching up to the PS3 and 360 with Ninja Gaiden and Arham City. Disgusting.

      Ninja gaiden 3 looks like the developers made an epic game then just squeezed more epic into it to make concentrated epicness and then to top it off filled all the extra space on the bluray disc with epic. You could probably tell that I'm looking forward to this game but just to be safe, Ninja Gaiden 3 is going to be epic.

      Wind effects? Dragon Ball Z blasts? Slower pacing? It's like Team Ninja is trying to ruin everything they get their hands on. First it was Metroid, then Ninja Gaiden, and now it's Dead or Alive 5. And for some reason, people believe everything has been better post Itagaki, the dolts.

      Though the environment since DOA2 could always be used to a person's advantage, I agree that though this looks very cool and cinematic, that it may almost be TOO much, that it might take away from the actual fighting and be too distracting, or even worse this could become boring because every fight would be about 'who could punch the person into the exploding car first' instead of what the games used to be about, which was counters and ogling breasts lol And on that note let me say I am happy about them focusing on the gameplay rather than the women, I've said this a thousand times but the DOA ladies should always be desert, not the main course
