      Crysis 2 along with the previous crysis games had awesome graphics and lol at the mirrors edge thing (I played the demo) but anyway I would reccomend the game for a steampunk action shooting alien loving guy! mostly like a shoot em up featuring aliens and C.E.L.L operatives lol

      I'm a couple hours into the story, and sure it's short, but I've found it a lot more engaging than anything CoD has offered. I rarely disagree with a verdict here, but the 6/10 on the campaign seemed kind of low. I would much rather play through something that pulls you in emotionally, than sit through another Micheal Bay-ish CoD campaign... You know I'm right. The Call of Duty stories are about as rewarding as sitting through Transformers 2, yea, that much. Homefront actually made me want to be the good guy and succeed. I dunno, just ramblings of a humble gamer. Don't see why the graphics are so outdated though, is there really any reason they should be by now? I mean we are 5 years into this generation and I would put Homefront's visuals in the same boat as the original Resistance... And even then it's a close race. I haven't played the multiplayer yet, but it's the main reason I bought it, so I am glad to hear that it is enjoyable. Overall good review, if not a little critical. I guess we'll see when I finish it.

      I actually find it hard to believe that I beat the entire campaign mode in 3 1/2 hours. Then I read these comments and realized it was true. I got duped. I believed all the hype about how great this game was going to be. The story had great promise but the game did not deliver anything more than a few hours of enjoyment. This game is going back.. To bad, it could have been really good. Instead its an over rated piece of crap. If your goal is multi-player online than you probably will like it. If you to play single player your not going to get much out of this game. If you like to have friends over and play against each other then you are SOL there is no option in the game to do that.

      I was really looking forward to this game and when i got it i beat it literally a couple hours later and dont get me wrong it was ok for awhile but all this hype on the GG bridge and its over?! really?!!? I mean there wasent like a full story and it pissed me off so i never got to play the multiplayer and actually never put it back in my PS3 and I will most likely return it.

      First, I'll say I love these types of plots. So, I had huge hopes for this game. However, it's no mind blowing experience. Cinematic scenes are good, graphics okay, and the storyline is good. Single player campaign is what I'll cover here. The ten points: 1. If you're an early COD fan, than you'll probably like this game. 2. There isn't much to do, you're guided throughout the game, and the controller layout is similar to many other 1st person shooters. 3. World interaction and environment is very lacking. Meaning you cannot free roam and you cannot interact with the environment. IE, destroy walls or even shoot out lights. 4. Ally AI is bad. You can shoot directly at your allies heads and nothing happens. They are in your way 90% of the time and if there is a ladder to climb or hole to crawl through, you are always the last in line...everything is guided. 5. Enemy AI is equally as bad. If the story requires you to snipe or knife someone, they hold still like the perfect candidate. There is no, and I mean no, interaction. The AI is perfectly deaf, dumb, and blind. However throughout the game-play, no matter where you're hiding or where you pop out of, their aim is 100% accurate. You will take hits and occasionally...you will die. 6. Special weapons, vehicles, and interactions are dull and have been overcooked. There is nothing really special about them at all. 7. PS3 version...WILL glitch and you'll find yourself, hard rebooting, and starting from the last saved checkpoint. 8. The storyline is good and slightly believable. 9. Single player campaigners will be upset with the game length. Approx 5.5 hours of hardcore gaming and you'll be watching re-runs of Jackass. 10. This game is definitely not worth the initial high cost. Wait for it to go on sale at Wally World, hit the used bin at EB, or Gamefly it.

      I borrowed the game from a friend, started playing campaign at around 1:45...I was done before 5 rolled around. It wasn't bad, just lacking and I think it could have used some more development time to flesh out the story more.

      @Mattman07 whoa, calm down hot shot. not EVERYBODY can write reviews to your liking. i think this game looks awesome (and will be awesome, when i play it) because it takes a creative aproach to seperate it from other fps. call of duty bo has got to have the worst campaign ever. shooting guys that look excactly the same with a gun that has nothing special about? YAWN. bulletstorm is important, because of it's creative and interactive gameplay. a new look to fpshooters.

      I went out and bought this game after listening to you guys talk about it on TalkRadar, and I'm so glad I did. I'm not even a big fan of fighting games, and this was a complete impulse buy but so far I'm loving it! Great review.
