Ok well the graphics and scenery are awesome. But sadly, the rest of it especially the gameplay bring nothing new to the table. I feel like ive seen all of this so many times so its just boring. Looks pretty much like Borderlands just without the comedy and its not cell shaded.
I will definatly pass on this one.

The reason the specs are so reasonable is the megatexture tech. I played the game on 360 and it looks amazing. It looks like a PC game. The tech allows for much more highly detailed textures and yet also good performance, even on the consoles.
Of course, I haven't played the whole game yet, so we'll have to see if it can maintain the looks and performance through the end.
