First and foremost, if you haven't found South Park funny all this time, well, you are a douche. The social/political satire is top notch, and if you aren't clever enough to catch those jokes, the grotesque humor should suit you fine. I love both. No one has come close to what Parker and Stone have done through a television series (or other media, arguably), they pushed and opened more envelopes than people give credit for. Back on topic, I really hope this game works out well, the PS1 South Park game was pretty shitty... The kart racing on PC was alright though. SPOOKY VISION!
