Those are some guards I wouldn't mind sneak up behind if you know what I mean.
And was the mother superior meant to be Whoopi Goldberg?
What exactly did this trailer even show, it was obviously CG, and we all know 47 can use a garrat wire, so what have we learned?

Well, at least the graphics look amazing, even if it's pre-rendered/cutscene. The first shot of him in the bathroom cleaning his wounds, I thought it was live action. And I was SERIOUSLY hoping they hadn't re-recruited Timothy Oliphant.

Interesting. I like it. I actually like it quite a bit. Although, after playing through it a few times, it does seem like the novelty would wear off, which a set of 47 barcode transfer tattoos probably wouldn't. It's definitely a nice idea, though, and certainly beats the usual overpowered/underpowered pre-order bonus weapons companies usually give away, especially if you feel like you've earned the new weapons.

Hell, I'm staying positive. The only one I've ever really played was Blood Money, and I'm sure Absolution can be just as good. I mean, even if it is linear, it'll be sort-of like a more assassin-y MGS. Which sounds like the perfect replacement for MGS now that MGR:R's been officially announced as an action game- again, not that I'm complaining.
What I AM complaining about is that about 1:55 into the trailer, the game apparently suddenly becomes Inception.
Y'know what I'd really like to see? A level set in ENGLAND. So you could, y'know, kill BRITISH police officers instead of American ones. Especially if you could take a hostage that'd been handcuffed, and then use the handcuffs attached to the hostage to throttle a policeman. That'd really make my day.

Fun fact regarding your comment about England: One of the levels in Hitman Contracts actually had a level in jolly old England. Granted, there were no British cops in the level (there were, however, lots of jerks with shotguns and some attack dogs), but a British level does indeed exist within the Hitman mythos.
I'll also add that I really like your idea of using a pair of handcuffs as an improvised fiber wire. Not sure how the developers would go about with taking handcuffed hostages and choking cops with the cuffs while the hostage is still wearing them, though; I can't imagine there's a lot of scenarios that would call for such an insane(ly delightful) maneuver.

Admittedly, originally it was just me indulging in delightful violence, but on thigns like Professional difficulty, I guess it could be justified in that maybe- just maybe- it'd be classed as the hostage choking the officer, to try and get better ratings without leaving evidence?
