I've played 4-5 hours so far, and it's a surprisingly good game. The graphical fidelity is acceptable, the story is good so far, I like the characters, and the story-telling. It is narrated by a sidekick, not the main character. The vioceover is surprisingly not bad at all. The combat is rather tactical, and melee focused. It has simple, but functional character progression system, and an extensive upgrading system for the weapons and armor.
Bugs-wise there is nothing gamebreaking so far, only a few glitches here and there.
It is worth the price in my opinion.

It's gonna suck.
I'll wait for a proper Skyrim mod.

I wholeheartedly agree. A total conversion for Skyrim would be ideal although the task would be daunting. I'm sure we'll see at least one or more Ice and Fire mods for Skyrim once the endorsed mod kit is released.
