      Weirdly, the most interesting part of the interview to me is when he mentions all the publishers that funded and canceled his games. I am curious about how many independent studios survive on projects that get canceled. Also, I agree that the glorification of violence crossed a line for me. I'm offended not because the violence is there but because people cheered during the presentation of The Last of Us where he shot off a man's head. If it was a game like Gears of War I would have understood the cheering, but Last of Us had a different tone to its violence, and people cheered anyway.

      No comments? It's Warren Spector! He's a legend! Thanks for the interview. I'll admit that Epic Mickey was frustrating in gameplay but I loved the concept and imagination behind it. I'm looking forward to the sequel since Spector has acknowledged the flaws of the original. Wonder how he met Michael Mann? Mann was interested in video game production a few years back and I'm curious if the two were working together on something.

      Anyone concerned about the graphics looking old school, that's something you might've heard of called "retro", which is a good thing. A game looks good based on if it looks good, not on how modern it looks. No one would look a good Genesis game and say "dam, that's ugly". They'd more likely get a boner due to the sprite based beauty
