bamb0o-stick Lulu is just adorable, I love her to death. She's probably got the best laugh in the entire game.

I think she's a pretty competitive support right now, right along the lines of Janna. Her job is to cc and necessitate kills. She's not the kind of support where you're going to be hiding and healing/shielding. You're going to be spamming that q out of the bush so that your AD dps can land a few hit of harass. I max her shield after whimsy, because the shield in combination with the ult can turn your lane mate into an unstoppable killing machine. All that said, I wonder how the nerfs are going to affect her. I think the Riot champion spotlight was completely inappropriate and misleading. Phreak's trolling has gone too far and people might actually buy her on the premise that she can jungle, when she really shouldn't be in the jungle unless she's helping someone get a buff. Lulu is best in team fights, speeding up her carries to chase down enemies and buffing them with pix. Ulting an initiating tank can easily score an ace against the other team.

I learned last night that she is a great backdoor champion. She can take turrets very quickly, and can escape due to her high movement speed. Since she isn't the best in team fights, it can be a good idea to sometimes avoid them and go take enemy turrets while they are distracted. Overall though I really don't think she's that great of a champion, and like Master Yi, requires to be fed. If she DOES get fed though, it can take 3 or more champions to take her down. I haven't played as her personally, but this is just what I've seemed to notice playing with and against her.

I haven't played her yet, as she's a melee and I prefer ranged. However, the people I have played with say she isn't very good. Learning that she isn't good in team fights, I can see why one would say that.

Nightwalker11 AS far as I have seen, he fits only as Duo Bot into the supporting role.

From how I've observed him being played so far, it seems that if you want to have a lot of assists, a really hard time getting kills, and always being late to team fights, then get Nautilus. I honestly don't know why they released him so soon after Ziggs anyway. ReCaptcha: "Honeywai Pencil" lol

I don't have a problem with them releasing him after Ziggs, as they fill completely different roles in the current meta game. I have a problem with them releasing him after Sejuani, who is generally better at everything Nautilus does than Nautilus is. Here are the negatives to Nautilus: - Nautilus is highly susceptible to enemy counter-jungle because of slow clearing - Mana costs of his skills are too high, making it impossible to "stay in the jungle" and gank when there IS an opportune time (aka if your allies overpushed around the 3-5 minute mark, you will be waiting several minutes before you're able to gank again and often miss the next opportunity due to.. - Slow base movespeed/lack of a dash/gap-closer, Being a jungler, you're forced to take Smite so you have to decide whether you want the ghost for chasing and escaping or take flash to have some semblance of initiation, a bad choice to have to make when there are faster jungle clearing tanks that have built in movespeed/gap closers for initiation (Rammus, Sejuani, Shyvana to an extent) I'm willing to bet that many of the commenters below play solely against bots, in which case it is fine that Nautilus lacks an initiation skill because bots tend to overpush and get caught off guard where as in any ELO above 1250 players tend to buy wards and have better map awareness. In player versus player you're playing against the other player's reaction time, so if Rammus comes rolling down the river, his movespeed buff will often compensate for the fact that he was spotted by a ward and he may still manage to squeeze in a kill. This does not run true with Nautilus who, when spotted, gives the enemy team plenty of time to react and reposition.

I had the opportunity to play as Ziggs when he became free, and I can definitely see a nerf incoming. A well placed ultimate can devastate a team and his bouncing bomb range makes it difficult to escape from him. The only place where I think a buff would be good is satchel charge, the cooldown seems way too long on earlier levels.

I'd like to see more of these, actually. It certainly is nice to see and hear you guys know your LoL stuff. And if you ever weigh in on Xerath, I can totally help with that. (bought him Day 1 and played him many times to little/no success.)

FemJesse Then you aren't playing him right. Try enabling smartcast on all your hotkeys and drinking a pot of coffee.
