Times like these I'm proud to have maple syrup in my blood. I already picked Superbrothers as one of my Top 5 this year, so that's my vote!

Not the greatest DLC but if your a big fan of the series it answers some of the questions and fills in some of the story. Am I the only one that suspected that bombshell about Lucy since about mid-brotherhood though?
Not all that difficult unless your going for the achievos that you can't fail during certain memories.
Have to agree with redeater though it's a far cry from the Da Vinci Disappearance.

The story was great and that bombshell about Lucy was unexpected and there were parts of the puzzles that were damn epic, but on the whole, the presentation fell flat. Some of the difficulty spikes were just insane and really dampened the experience. But for someone who's as big of a fan as I am, it was still worth the price. I'm one of the few who really enjoyed the Desmond's Journey sections and I've been so curious about Clay ever since he was first mentioned in AC1. This was a fair review though.

I'm so freakin glad I checked out Gamefaqs this morning. I didn't even realize this was coming out until I saw it on marketplace today. This review about sums up what I have been seeing on the forums.
Hey Ubisoft how about you give us more of the Da Vinci disappearance and less craptacular portal padding?

I'm just happy that we're finding out more about Clay's past. Did anyone happen to catch the leaked audio from the DLC? It made the rounds a few months ago. There's some pretty interesting stuff in there.

I just want to point a few things out. Decoy's can't climb. Mute has more range than Smoke Bombs and activate instantaneously. Smoke has a delay but lasts longer. Closure doesn't really need Easy Chase Breaker. They open up again if you get really close yourself, but not for anyone else.

I'm waiting a while before picking up Revelations, the game looks great as does Assassin's Creed in general, and I'll play it before I play the next one for sure, but I don't care for the multiplayer and I'd rather have a great story and no multiplayer option.
It seems Ubisoft is taking a page from Activision with the "One a year" buisness model, except they have one studio making a game every year instead of every other year, also the games just keep getting less and less story, Ezio is great and all, but does he deserve 3 games? Altair only gets two games, and he was an American living in a middle eastern world!
Also @Dman, trilogyception

Since my roommate and neighbors won't be bothered to play the other assassin's creed games, i think im gonna have to make this trailer essential before i let them borrow revelations from me.

I can't wait to get this game tonight, though I do wish they would give the franchise a break for at least a year. Either that or focus solely on the story next year instead of further refining multiplayer. I just really want number three to finally end things for Desmond and give me some overall story closure.
I really don't get their argument for putting out a game next year though, it just doesn't hold up. How can the story just not make sense if it takes place after a date in real life? Whatever it is they have planned, would a fictional story really have less of an impact if its doomsday date passes in real life? It's not like it will actually happen, unless...
My god. Ubisoft isn't milking a game franchise, they're giving us a warning people! GO BUY ASSASSIN'S CREED, IT'S OUR ONLY HOPE.

I don't know why this keeps popping up as news. We were told when the first one came out that there would be a trilogy, just like we were told with Mass Effect.

I am pretty sure this franchise is a worldwide endeavor with multiple studios working on the one game, and then collaborating on the final product. With each release the game gets better trying new things and moving the story forward. If it stays strong like it has been I would love to see a new release yearly. I mean who wouldn't love an Arkham or Uncharted release if it maintained or exceeded the previous version?

I really wish Ubisoft would take a couple of years out in order to make AC3 something really special. Despite some graphical/gameplay improvements, Brotherhood really just felt like a AC2 expansion pack to me.
