My god you are the most idiotic, fucking stupid person I have EVER come across on this site. You dont even realize what your posting do you. You have the equivilant of a "I know you are but what am I" argument. So everything you just typed is you saying you're NOT telling us to NOT play the game. Ok. I give you that. Fine. So, you still havent answered the very basic question. What the fuck are you arguing? What IS your point? What are you trying to prove? That you know about WoW and we dont? That you think its a good game and we dont? That we're not looking into it deep enough and judging it based on pandas? Do you NOT realize how fucking stupid that makes you look? You're arguing for the sake of arguing. I dont know what you're trying to acomplish with this. And yeah, I AM going to keep replying to you. Its how I am. Ask anyone on this site, Ive turned 2 pages into 24 pages by saying just ONE word as a reply. So you MIGHT wanna stop.

You're all implying the addition of the Pandaren race is the main part of the game. Pointing out the fact that there's Pandas and bashing the game on that is completely ignorant. The game is good, there's a reason I've been playing it since Burning Crusade, and the MoP expansion hit many spots well (Except for Warlock changes, f*** you blizzard for making my class as easy as a mage) And on the topic of addiction: If you weren't playing wow, you'd be playing any other vidya, the amount of time you're wasting playing games isn't changing. Even as a hardcore raider, I don't find myself addicted to the game, videos games in general maybe, but my social and academic life hasn't been hurt by it. I'm able to manage my time on the game, I limit to maybe an hour a day simply to get gear for the upcoming Raids. When they come, I will be on the game for maybe 5 hours a week. I don't see WoW going free to play any time soon. The player base, while it has shrunk, is still massive and WoW makes well more money than other mmos.

I would pick this up, but after getting burned by SWTOR going F2P after playing for 3 months and dropping it because everyone lost interest, I'm going to pass. Guild Wars 2 has been great to me, in the way that I don't feel obligated to play because I'm not spending $15 a month to have the privilege to do so. Give it a year, WoW will be F2P, and probably pay2win.

Oh, yes! Finally! Now instead of exploring something new and different, we get to level up again in the same exact areas! THIS time, it's to 100! Yes! /sarcasm I understand the reasoning behind this, but it's not adding enough to really flesh out D3. I don't expect them to add an expansion, new characters, and new areas so soon after the initial release, but the game itself is boring, repetitive and lacks the real charm of Diablo. This just isn't helping. It's making the game even more repetitive and monotonous.

ultimatepunchrod This seems really interesting. Sounds like a good addition.

Just makes me more impatient for MoP, in a time where I rarely get impatient for any game release anymore it's nice to see an 8 year old game is able to make me look forward to an expansion.

I'll check it out to see how it compares to Torchlight, since I'm having fun with that game, and go from there. If it doesn't impress me I'll just get Torchlight 2 instead since it's cheaper, but I'll give D3 a chance first.

They should've kept the full version like this one, because no one cares about achievements (you get those when you, you know, beat the game), and the RMAH needs to go.

I've changed my password several times on Battlenet and it forces me to change it again every time I try to log in because of "This account has been locked due to suspicious activity" and so on and so forth. So, I gave up. It's not like I had anything important on that account. I never bought the full version of D3, only have trial version for SC2, and the only full games I have through them are SC1 and Brood Wars, which I only play on Tunngle with the boyfriend. It's not a keylogger, as I've checked thoroughly and none of my other accounts have been compromised, and regardless of how intricate the password is, it still gets messed with. Whatever. If I was an avid WoW player or had sensitive info tied to the account (cards, bank, etc.) I would be worried. But since I don't, I say fuck it. I'm so sick of Blizzard.

I'm probably in the minority when I say this but I feel like UMS (used map settings) in SC1 were better than SC2. Maybe it's because it's so hard to make maps in SC2 where you basically need to understand some coding language versus SC1 where I was making maps at the age of 12. SC2 definitely has more potential but I really loved some of the old UMS. Hopefully this arcade will bring more to my attention though, as well as making BattleCraft popular again.

If you mean with UMS the overall user-friendlyness of the editor, then yes the Galaxy Editor is quite "advanced", perhaps too much for its own good. In WarCraft III I felt like there are no limits and I can do everything, but with StarCraft II they went crazy with the separate data categoires: Instead of having just one entry for the unit which includes model and spells, you now have to link to a dozen several entities, and copy&paste different units doesn't work without some work either. More options = more time, but that is kinda beside the point for just a map. If I want to go that advanced, I would work on a standalone game instead. But it gets best when you plan to make a campaign, because just like WarCraft III, true campaign tools are missing and are coming with the expansion. Right now, if you want to save any progress between map changes, you have to bother with creating bank files and manually save and load them.

I never got into the WC3 editor either. I liked being able to open SC1, work for like an hour maybe, and have a fully functional turret defense game or a bound (obstacle course sort of thing) made. I think it helped the community at large because if lowbies like me were able to come up with some interesting ideas and present them in a fairly unpolished way but still be playable enough to get some fans, it made the pool of ideas that much larger. Then when people who really knew their stuff came around, they could pick up some of these ideas and make really cool stuff. I probably spent more time playing Random Unit Defense, Stacked Photon Cannon Defense, and Sand Castle Wars then I did playing normal SC1 games (there were a lot more that I played but I don't remember their names; those are the more generic ones.)

Definitely some similarities to the build I've been using, but I can't really agree with the glass cannon. Doing 15% more damage just ends fights you that already would've won a little bit faster, and loses fights that you would've survived if you had your damage resistance and another passive. On the other hand, something like Galvanizing Ward can do wonders. With teleport, you should only be getting hit very infrequently, meaning health regen has the time to rebuild a huge chunk of your health. Again, win fights you otherwise would've lost.
