Blaxploitation hit its stride in this supercool 1972 thriller, a movie that's far easier to dig than the previous year's Shaft. Ron O'Neal stars as Priest, a drug dealer who plans to "stick it to The Man" by completing One Last Job that'll set him up for life. Naturally, the ghetto's finest pimps, hookers and corrupt white coppers are out to bring him down. Wallowing in audacious style and boasting a ridiculously funky score, this badass B-movie is a key film of '70s blaxploitation. Not hard to see why.
