In case you hadn't heard: it's Star Wars day! To celebrate the world's favorite space opera, each year on May the fourth we're treated to endless memes, videos, and sometimes, if we're good, teasers about upcoming games and movies. While we were hoping for a big one - ahem, an Episode 8 title announcement - this cheeky snap from Chris Miller is more than enough to satiate our needs.
Miller, who is co-directing the Han Solo movie, got into the Star Wars spirit by posting an image from the upcoming standalone flick. "Can't wait to get 'shooting'!" reads his Twitter caption, alongside an image of Solo's iconic DL-44 blaster:

It's by no means a definitive answer as to whether Solo's signature weapon will end up in the finished movie, but it's at least evidence that Miller and co-director Phil Lord are making headway on the flick. It's supposedly set between Episodes 3 and 4, and will focus on the young smuggler's antics before he captained the Millennium Falcon. Aside from a nationwide casting search to secure a new actor for the lead role, we know that Chewbacca will also make an appearance.
Directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the Han Solo standalone movie is scheduled to open on May 25, 2018.
