In the last mission where you have to go into Williams' office, after the part where Anna says "You're at a circular hallway..." and you have to go to the opposite side of the hallway and open up the trap, go down and there will be two vents. Go through the one on the left and follow it until you hear two people talking about the SC-20k and how cool they think it is. Knock out the guy that was talking about the weapon, then knock out the other guy and get your weapons on the table! But you will not have any night vision or thermal goggles.
