The Homeless Problem
The definitely not politically correct The Homeless Problem side quest gets started at City Hall. To kick things off you'll need to talk to the Mayor, and then you're off to beat up the residents of seven homeless encampments around the town of South Park. Look, you can't have expected these South Park: The Stick of Truth side quests to be about setting good examples.
To face your first group of domestically challenged folks, just head to the area to the right of Kenny’s house. Then it's just a case of defeating an NPC in combat, which you shouldn't find too challenging.
To find your next victim you'll need to head to the U-Stor-It facility. Look for a truck parked outside and use the boxes to climb up and inside it. Again, this is a simple battle and should be over quickly.
If you're not feeling too depressed to carry on, follow the path to the left of the Bus Stop, behind the bench and tree. There's a homeless encampment there where you'll take on your next combat challenge, three NPCs.
The rest of your targets are all in the sewers underneath South Park. Once you enter the sewer head right into the first section and approach the NPC to start your next battle.
You'll find your next homeless encampment down the ladder, look out for the charming "Shit Show" puppet stage, and your next set of enemies to defeat in combat.
Keep exploring this section of the sewer to find your next NPC enemy. Again, the combat shouldn't pose too much of a challenge, but make sure you have some Cheesy Poofs or Snacky Cakes on hand just in case.

Return to City Hall and Mayor MacDaniels to get a $15 cash reward and her friend request.
