Not gonna lie, I can hear some Banjo-Kazooie in there. I guess you'd call it his "sound". Not sure what he's talking about with the overblown stuff, though. I've always thought his music was like that.

Grant Kirkhope plays the trumpet. Thank you so much for publishing and orchestrating this interview. I really appreciated the insight, and the change to hear Grant speak about his work on the game!

I didn't know Kirkhope was working on this game. That's very exciting.

Another great episode of SoundRadar. Keep it up Sophia! I'd have to say that this was my favorite episode by far. Grant Kirkhope was very entertaining to listen to, you could definitely tell the passion he has for this line of work. Oh, and Kirkhope plays the trumpet.

Wow! I must say i hope to god they release a soundtrack for this game! The music is absolutely awesome. I dont normally buy or listen to game soundtracks, there is only one to this day ive bought and love and thats the Halo 2 soundtrack, but this one id LOVE to own and listen to outside the game.

Read a little further and you might even get a chance to win the soundtrack :P The soundtrack is coming out the same day as the game, on February 7th. Grant talks about it on the podcast.

wow! Nice! and the game's not even out yet! :D And well, having tried the demo. I gotta say that what appears to be the main theme (That tune that inevitably appears in the character creation screen, but that also appears in other parts of the game.) is instantly recognizable and catchy. having a vibe of both something magical and slightly creepy, which is what I'm guessing the composer was going for. Looking forward to listen to this later, definitely! ^^
