SoundRadar Episode 16 - Assassin's Creed: Revelations with Lorne Balfe

The Host and Guests

The Content

Lorne Balfe is no stranger to the video game industry as he's worked on several games already and has collaborated with Hollywood's star composer Hans Zimmer on numerous projects. In this episode we talk about the music of Assassin's Creed: Revelations, how he approached it and how he feels about tackling such a well-known franchise. While he couldn't discuss in great detail, Balfe has said that he will be working on the upcoming Assassin's Creed III. Tune in for the trivia question at the end for a chance to win a digital version of AC: Revelations' soundtrack!

Editor's note: Lorne composed the music to the Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood trailer, not Assassin's Creed II. Jesper Kyd composed the music to AC2 and co-composed Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

This is my first SoundRadar, and I must say, I've loved the soundtrack to every single AC game so far, mainly 2 and Revelations. You do fantastic work, Mr. Balfe.

Jesper Kyd did the soundtrack to AC 2, but yes, the music in the series has been fantastic :)

Just realized I already have the soundtrack, no reason for me to get it again :(
