SoundRadar Ep 25 - Game Music Connect with James Hannigan

While we all know that game music is an integral part of a truly immersive video game experience, it's still a topic that is largely overshadowed by other technical concerns like graphics and frames per second. Award-winning composer James Hannigan wants to put the spotlight back on video game music by holding an event called Game Music Connect. Held at the Southbank Center in London, Game Music Connect gives industry professionals and fans a chance to listen to composers and audio directors who are currently working in games discuss numerous topics. To learn more, listen to our podcast with James Hannigan. For more information, head on over to their Facebook Page.

Great podcast, are there going to be any more? Also why does the RSS feed only go up to Ep 22? Would be good to get it updated so they come through on my phone's podcast player when there are new episodes.

As you would guess, I love SoundRadar! It's really cool to hear videogame composers, since I wanna be one someday. You know, it may be impossible, but I'd really love a SoundRadar with Gustavo Santaolalla (The Last Of Us), since his music in the game is really beautiful

Definitely possible! Probably won't happen for awhile though.
