Something Actually Interesting From The Captain America Shoot

A submarine surfaces in Liverpool’s Stanley Docks

Thanks to an SFX fan on The Liverpool Echo , Neil Macdonald, for bringing this to our attention – something from the Captain America shoot thart’s actually a bit more interesting than shop fronts full of tins of spam, or whatever.

Says Neil, “I thought you might be interested in this. It's on-set pictures from Captain America, which is now filming in Liverpool. Up to now it has been locked down tight, but we got past security and snapped the world first pictures of a submarine, in Liverpool's Stanley Dock. Cap's submarine? The Red Skull's? Hydra's? Nick Fury's? Who knows, but it looks cool.”

Want to get in the mood for the movie? Then how about catching up on some classic Jack Kirby-drawn Captain America comic strips ?
