The level's first treasure is actually underneath the hideout. Approach from the south and use the Jailbird costume to knock the crate away. Inside, use the Samurai costume to deflect a fireball and open the Ancestor Door guarding the treasure.
The next treasure is behind another Ancestor Door. You can reach it via the Sabertooth costume's pounce from platform just southwest of the hideout.
Follow the train tracks south a bit more, and you'll see this treasure atop some rocks.
You'll have to ride the train for this one. Hop off to reach this otherwise inaccessible platform, and from there use the Archer costume's rope arrows to reach the treasure behind another Ancestor Door.
In the southeastern portion of the map is a series of targets for the Archer costume's rope arrows. Shoot your way to an Ancestor Door where this treasure awaits. You'll need the Thief costume to hit the lever and slow time to get inside.
North of the previous treasure is the low-altitude canyon area. Drop down there to find this treasure on the boardwalk below.
This treasure lies behind another Ancestor Door. To reach it, you'll need to use the Archer costume's rope arrows - the quiver barrel is marked as (7) on the map.
This is an easy one - just look between the two ramps in the northeastern section of the map.
In the same area, climb a pole to the east to spot an Ancestor Door. You'll have to use both the Sabertooth and Jailbird costumes to access it.
In the northern section of the train's route, is passes a pair of outhouses. This treasure lies between them.
In the northern part of town is a blue building, Toothpick's headquarters. You'll find this treasure on the roof.
