At the options screen press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2. Now a new option menu with selections like blood color, walk/run contol, etc will appear

To get this gun you first have to uptain the Channeling stone which you get by getting a GOOD+ raiting at the end of the game. It will show up at the convenience store just north of the cafe. Anyway once you get it use it in these places

Thats allyou have to do then beat the game and you will get a U.F.O. Ending and the Hyper Blaster will be yours (HE! HE!)

The Katana Sword appears on the Ranking screen after the credits, next to the Chainsaw, Rockdrill and Chanelling Stone - however, we're not sure what are the exact conditions to make it appear. It doesn't seem to be rating based, as we have got 7.9 stars and lots of gold ratings.You must use the "Next Fear" save that you get after this screen to find the sword. *update* It's in the House next to the Dog House, in the door that didn't open before, just as you walk in.

Bad Ending+
Get the plastic bottle in the kitchen of the hospital while it is still normal.
Go to the Director's Office and use the bottle on the smashed vial.
Play through the game until the resort area.
Don't do anything with the reciepts and key Kaufmann dropped in the
bar. When you fight Cybil wait till she runs out of ammo and when she
gets really close to you use the plastic bottle and you will save her.
Then beat the game and you will get a rockdrill, a chainsaw, and a can
of gasoline.
Good Ending
Go through the game until you get to the resort. When you get to the bar
get the items Kaufmann dropped and go to the Indian Runner.
The lock combo is 0473. Get all the notes and go to the motel.
The lock code is 0886. Get the magnet and go to room 3.
Go push the shelf over and use the magnet to get the key.
Go to the garage and use the key on the motorcycle. Kill Cybil in the
amusement park and beat the game. You will get a katana sword in the
locked door of the first house.
Good Ending+
Get the plastic bottle in the kitchen of the hospital and use it in the
Director's Office. Play to the resort area and do all of the stuff as in the
Good Ending. Get to Cybil and save her like in the Bad Ending+.
You will get the Katana, the channeling stone, and some new options in
the secret menu(hold R1+R2+L2+L1 at the options menu)
Also note that the different endings have different bosses.

The red stone goes in the top left.
The blue stone goes in the top right.
The green stone goes in the bottom right.
The gold stone goes in the bottom left.
This unlocks the door.
