Finish the game one time and save. Start a new game using that save and go to room 302 to find the Nurse outfit. It can be picked on your 3rd time playing through the game

Unlock Special UFO Ending
Finish the game 4 times to get the 4 different endings. Now play the game again using the same game save slot and pick Eileen's nurse uniform. Finish the game and hold Y and B before the ending to get the UFO ending.

After finishing the game one time save and reload your save. Then go to the Forrest World and look for the cut tree.

Peep Hole
Being stuck in your room for 5 days is not all that interesting (especially without tv) so what do you do? Spy on the neighbors! After visiting Silent Hill through the portal the first time, you'll find someone has moved the furniture. Move it again and youll see a hole in the wall. Look through it and you'll see Eileen. When she goes out, look through the door and you'll see her sweeping. You'll get a phone call, begging you to go through the portal. Once there, take the coins, then come back. Look through the hole in the wall, and Eileen will belying on her bed. After about ten minutes, shell change her clothes!
