If you are playing online and need a good spot to hide be on the special forces team and pick either a sniper or a rifleman. when you start go onto the balcony where your flag is. there should be a blue one. face towards the exits go over to the stairs on the right and put your back up against the wall and sidestep you should be hovering bout 10 feet above the ground.
