Next we head back to Amazon for this Doctor Who box-set . Doctor Who Revisitations 3 , which contains ‘The Tomb of the Cybermen”, “The Three Doctors” and “The Robots Of Death” can be yours on DVD for £27.97 .

Witches and wizards out there can grab the Harry Potter Complete 8-Movie Collection on DVD for £29.79 . Wands at the ready…

Fans of Justin Timberlake can pick up his latest sci-fi effort In Time . The film can be yours on DVD for £8.99 or alternatively it’s available on triple-play format for £11.99 .

With a new Men In Black film on the horizon Sony has released a new Blu-ray including both earlier MiB films. The set can be yours for £12.47 . It’s also available on DVD for £12.79 , which is more expensive, oddly, but still a good price.

A wander round the supermarkets found us several bargains this week. In Asda we spotted both 28 Days/Weeks Later films for £3 each and Boris Karloff in the classic 1931 Frankenstein also for £3 . On the Blu-ray shelves we found Cowboys and Aliens, The Wicker Tree and Super 8 for £10 each.

In the land of TV box-sets, Asda had season four of Merlin for £16.97, season two of The Vampire Diaries for £18 , a Doctor Who Ace box-set for £13.97 and the 1999 animated Avengers series for £5 . If you’ve any interest in finding out what the forthcoming Burton/Depp vampire movie is based on you can now pick up a DVD featuring all Barnabas Collins episodes from the original ’60s horror comedy show Dark Shadows . Asda had the boxed set for £11.97 .

The Universal 100th Anniversary “Augmented Reality” film releases that we mentioned a few weeks ago were in Asda too. The augmented part is an app which you download to your phone to get extra features. There are a total of 15 films (not all sci-fi) in the range, including the recent King Kong , Pegg and Frost in Paul and Shaun Of The Dead , plus The Birds , Apollo 13 and Jaws . All the films are available on both DVD and Blu-ray format which Asda is selling for £5 and £7 each.

Down the road in Morrison’s DVD aisle we found Hot Tub Time Machine, Cloverfield and Watchmen for £3 each and Spielberg’s War Of The Worlds and JJ Abram’s Star Trek for £4 each. We also spotted Battle LA and Iron Man for £5 each. TV boxed sets included season one of Spartacus: Blood And Sand for £16.99 and season one of The Walking Dead for £ 11.99 .

Not much on the Blu-ray front in Morrison’s this week, but the supermarket does still have season one of Game Of Thrones cheaper than we’ve seen it anywhere else. The boxed set can be your for £29.99 .

Suggestions from the forum this week included the ever reliable Silver Fox 67 bringing us news that the excellent hit-man film Leon is available on Blu-ray from Amazon for just £5.99 . And forumer Boo told us about this Lord Of The Rings box-set which is on Blu-ray for £19.85 . Boo also mentioned that the extended trilogy is available on DVD for £17.99 , which is arguably a better deal.

Back to Silver Fox for a random suggestion in the form of these Star Wars Lego books . You can get The Visual Dictionary , Ultimate Sticker Collection and the Brickmaster build set all for £15 . Mr Fox also spotted this Harry Potter Lego Visual Dictionary for £3.99 from The Book People. Something for the geek children out there maybe…

Other random ideas this week include a set of Batman earphones for £12.99 from Zavvi.

Zavvi also has a 2 toys for £20 offer on where you can pick up things like Batman Lego , Star Wars Lego and various plush toys .

A gadget for the Whovians next with this levitating Doctor Who Spinning Tardis available from Amazon for £17.74 . It floats, it spins… We think you’ll probable have to make the “Vworp vworp!” sounds yourself though.

Finally this week Play have a whole page of Hunger Games related memorabilia including this Mocking Jay badge for £9.99 . Check it out if you like that sort of thing.

Normal rules apply; if you find anything we’ve brought you this week cheaper somewhere else please mention it in the comments section below. We want as many bargains ideas for our readers as we can get. And remember; if anyone out there spots a sci-fi bargain they want to share then please head over to our forum and mention it in the relevant thread. This thread is for bargain films and this one is for TV bargains and finally this thread is for any random bargain you might find. Maybe your find will be in the bargain list next time. Good luck bargain hunters.
