Note that the in-game cheats (i.e., Pipe Bomb cheat) must be toggled on the in-game cheat menu. Toggling cheats on will remove the possibility of earning gamertag achievements and all the bragging rights that would come along with them. Simply toggle off cheats and reboot the game to continue earning achievements.
In the Suburbs District at the Price Mansion Crib there are 2 hidden soccer balls. One is in the room next to where you get your clothes, weapons, money, and Save Point. It is between the bed and the stand. The other one is on the roof of the mansion inside the chimney.

Get on a Boat

On the far eastern side of the game map, you will notice a rectangular piece of land jutting out. This is a small jetty, and as you will notice when you get there a boat is harbored just a few meters from the end. There is a ramp on the jetty too, in order to get on the ship you need a reasonably fast car. Once you have a car, backtrack up the small hill and then drive straight back down, aiming at the ramp. As soon as you are in the air, jump out, sending your vehicle flying into the boat. The car will explode on impact, and the boat will start to rock violently. Swim up to the side of it and when it tips in your direction, move forward and your character will get on board. This doesn't really have any advantages, except the police cannot get to you and arrest you. It's also funny to see the extreme physics that make the boat rock from side to side.
To jump 3 to 4 times higher than normal you'll need to find a vehicle which has a front bumper that you can stand on. Jump on the bumper, sprint toward the driver's seat and jump. If done right you can get onto high up buildings that you can't normally get onto (no skyscrapers or anything that high). The average height for me is about 1 - 1 1/2 stories high. The car that I usually use is a Nordberg (a jeep-like SUV).

Find the bank vans(titan), when you blow them up you are able to get up to 8k.
If you put one in your garage, you can save it then keep getting money

Instant Vehicle Warp
If you jump on top of a vehicle and press Y, you'll instantly become the driver, kicking the current driver out. This helps if you need to get away from the police quickly.
When you want a fast racing car, go to the Demolition Derby and complete three levels. After that, continue playing until you lose. When you finally do lose there should be an Attrazonie outside in the parking lot. (You can also get two cars from the derby if you complete all levels - both cars can be customized.)

Free Ammo
First recruit some gang members then you equip your gun. They should also equip a gun. Knock them down twice (don't shoot them, hit them with your gun) and they should drop their gun. Pick it up and the ammo's yours - just kill the angry gang member any way possible.

Protect the Pimp and General Tips
If you are the pimp and you see them in a hallway or staircase with a pipe bomb in hand, go down the stairs or hallway and smack 'em while they throw the pipe bomb.
While using a machine gun, crouch and shoot in spurts, not long shots for much better accuracy so it will kill the enemy faster.
If the pimp is chasing you, run backwards while shooting. If the pimp starts to sprint you sprint. If the pimp starts to run away because he has low health, chase him and finish him with a shotgun.

Robbing Stores
When robbing a store make sure you rob it with a shotgun. After the clerk opens the safe blast them and they wont be able to hit the alarm.
