You'd think that after surviving a shipwreck on a mysterious island inhabited by supernatural beings, Lara Croft would be content with staying home and watching some Netflix. Rise of the Tomb Raider shows Lara has plenty of adventuring left in her, but the launch trailer may help explain why: she gets it from her dad.
I admit I'm a bit surprised at how much of Rise of the Tomb Raider's plot has been kept a mystery. We knew Lara would be travelling across the world in search of ancient treasures, but now we have a better idea of what's driving her and who's standing in her way. So will Lara find her missing father and take down this secret order known as Trinity? Xbox owners will find out November 10, while PC and PS4 players can dive in next year.
