Use time attack mode and free runa and drive 99 laps

Pick Car attack mode and choose stage 8 in mirror mode. Finish off that car to get the Crazy Canuk

Get Caddy Car
Use Gran Prix mode and race on the 1st track. Immediately at the start of the race turn around backward and drive into the brick wall until you go through it. Now a reverse race should start. Win to get the Caddy Car
