Go on multiplayer and press start hold down the right trigger and press a,x,b,y,a,b,x and press start again and a screen will come up to chose a new vehicle.(this also works in single player missions)

Regain life in Parents Bedroom Without Wrench
You must be first player go to the parents bedroom go to the bathroom and turn the sink on the one on the left. Then fly through the water to regain health.
