Street Fighter EX +a Cheats
Mini Game
To obtain a mini game highlight the practice option and then press start. Now press Up, Up, Right, Up, Right, Up and then Start again.You can now select the bonus option under practice mode and can play the barrel game from Street Fighter 2.
Cracker Jack Bonus Weapon
message: Choose Cracker Jack at the character selection screen, then immediately hold UP+SQUARE+CIRCLE+R1+R2 until the match starts. Cracker Jack will have a bat during the fight.
Hidden Characters
To get evil ryu, evil hokuto, cycloid Y+B
go to the menu and put your curser on practice. Then push select and push up, right down, right and then select. will only work on the pal versions and armerican versions of the game, for other versions i think you change the select into the start button
