Enable Team Battle and Survival Mode
Complete World Tour with level 10 or higher
Play Evil Ryu and Guile
Build your character to level 30 and 31 after accessing the world tour mode
Saikyo Mode
Get 4 hours of gameplay on the timer in the options menu
Maji Mode
Get 5 hours of gameplay on the timer in the options menu
Bonus Modes-Dual Battle & Dramatic Battle
Beat the dramatic Battle mode with Ryu/Ken and Juni/Jill for 2 more modes
Play Shin Gouki
In the World Tour Mode, build your character to level 32 and defeat all Gouki's. After that, on the character select screen highlight Gouki (Akuma) HOLD L1 and press any button.
Final Battle Mode
Beat arcade mode with a difficulty of 8
Classic Play
After 3 hours of gameplay on the timer in the options menu, you can go to the character selection screen, highlight a character and press Select to play the classic version of that character
Alternate introduction sequence
Unlock all character endings including all the bonus characters. Also reported that you can get 48 hours of gameplay and get this also
Alternate Balrog
Beat the world tour mode without unlocking Evil Ryu or Guile. Then at the character selection screen in any mode, highlight Balrog, hold L2 and press any button.
All Modes
Get ninety-six hours of gameplay under options
Shin Akuma's Super Cheap Combo
First go to world tour mode and earn Shin Akuma to level 32. On the setup screen, make his power to +4 and defence to -4. Then choose the "Gauge Plus" and " Super Alpha Cancel". Now save and enter you fighter in Entry Mode. When you battle, in different modes, choose Shin Akuma and follow the bellow:
(all combo below can kill your enemy)

11 hits: Do a upper cut with HP, while in the middle of the combo, do his "Super air fire ball combo"(Tenma Gou Zanku).

15 hits: Do a hurricane kick with HK, it will lift your enemy into the air, then do a upper cut with HP, while in the air do the "Super air fire ball combo"( Tenma Gou Zanku).

19 hits: Do two HK hurricane kick, when enemy is in air do a upper cut with HP,while in air do the " Super air fire ball combo" (Tenma Gou Zanku).
