Use any other codes with this hold the fire button(in game machine gun works best), Pause the game while holding fire and let go while paused un pause,vola You no longer need to hold the button.
More Music
This is not a code exactly, but is also very cool. After the loading screen, you see the start screen. Then pause the game, remove the GTA cd and put one cd with you favourites songs. Then continue the game and, surprise now you can hear you favourites songs. If you pass to other level, just put again the GTA cd again before ending the current level.

Put the game disc into a audio cd player to play tracks 2 and higher
Exploding Motorcycle
This isn't really a cheat but you can trick your friends. First go to a guns & ammo garage. Rig the cycle and go to an open space and press "O". Count down will start. Run before it explodes. Next, wait until the fire on the cycle stops. The cycle will look like the same but a little burnt. Go up to it. Prees "square" and the man will attempt to get on the bike. In doing so, the bike will explode as you get on. BOOM!!!
