First, beat the game and get ALL the parts by doing so defeating everyone in every level (1-3-5-7-9-11-13-15). Then get a Bearing Core and equip the following:
Shinobi Visor
MagazineGrip
Chrome Gaurd
Blade Grip
L/R ShinobiPad
L/R RavenArm
ChromeFoot
HeelStand
Stealth Shot

This B-DAMAN has, Load 7, Rapidfire 100, Power 67, Accuracy 105, Defense 67, Agility 156, Handling 148 and Weight 90.
