Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D's save-games may live forever even after their owner has succumbed to death's cold embrace, but you know what else does that? Zombies! And while we could sit here and debate whether or not Mercenaries has any zombies in it, wouldn't you rather watch a delightful launch trailer which posits that (1) shut up, it does; and (2) the only things zombies are good for are eating you and/or getting shot? You do, because it's freaking charming.
As the attentive zombiephile will have noted, the ad is basically an extended riff on the finale of Shaun of the Dead - maintains the tongue-in-mangled-cheek sense of humor with which Capcom has promoted Mercenaries 3D. Bonus points for the Dawn of the Dead-esque film tone. So did you rofl, or merely lol?
