Read any good comics last year?

Launched in the 1970s by Mike Conroy, these babies are the comics industry’s longest established awards. This year, the Eagle Awards panel will be asked to select from the top five nominees in each of the categories - as usual, nominations are open to the comic-reading public, and you've got until midnight on Sunday 25 February to submit your thoughts on the official website .

The prizes will be announced at the Bristol International Comic Expo on Saturday 12 May, where you might even bump into one or two of the SFX team . The awards will be held at Bristol's Ramada Plaza Hotel and are set to be hosted by Norman Lovett (Holly from Red Dwarf).
