Wii version was great - how does the DS one match up?

The Wii version of Raving Rabbids may have turned out pretty good, thanks to a fairly unique mix of minigames that made effective use of the remote and nunchuk. But it’s back to the trusty side-scrolling blueprint of yore for this.

There’s nothing wrong with a 2D platformer if it shows a little spark, and to be fair to Ubisoft, they seem to have pushed Nintendo’s handheld hard on the visual side of things. Whether the world’s Frenchest character can pull it out of the bag in game terms remains to be seen, though. It’s one of the world’s most valuable game brands, so expect goodness.
