Wipeout Pure

For racing purists and fun-seekers

Wireless play is also superbly executed. Up to eight people can duke it out over Wi-Fi though frame rate does suffer slightly. The weapons suit multiplay perfectly, leaving trails of mines, firing heatseeking missiles, dropping bombs - and there's a smattering of other neat features, including an auto-pilot that nudges you around the track. Perfect for that corner that you can never master. If you're a fan of the Wipeout series or simply appreciate a robust, well-designed game, Wipeout Pure is pretty much an essential PSP purchase.
