Eidos Interactive Ltd, creator of some of the world's leading videogame properties, today announced that an exclusive Tomb Raider PSP Double Pack is making its way to PlayStation Portable exclusively throughout Europe on April 10th.
The Eidos executive thinks that the games industry needs more iconic characters to compete with movies, TV, and comics:

Tomb Raider creator Ian Livingstone revealed that Paramount Pictures are considering whether to make a follow-up to 2003's The Cradle Of Life which would have Angelina Jolie playing Lara Croft once again.
Eidos has confirmed that the PC and PS2 versions of Tomb Raider: Anniversary will be out across Europe on 1st June.
Today Eidos announced Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Anniversary will be released on June 5, 2007 for the PlayStation 2 and PC. The PSP version will be shipping shortly after.
