The man at the helm of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, along with another LucasArts executive, have opened the doors at a brand new game studio.
Haden Blackman left LucasArts at the end of July without official plans on what his next venture would be. Today, he confirmed that Fearless Studios is open for business. LucasArts has admitted that its development team wasn't quite up to speed on PS3 in the past - particularly when creating the Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.
Apparently the Force is not with the PSP, as LucasArts has reportedly pulled the plug on the Sony handheld version of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II.
The game will still be shipping out to pretty much every single other platform: DS, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PC, and even the iPhone. It seems like there would have to be something pretty wrong with a system for it not to be included in the game's repertoire...

Gamasutra writes: LucasArts's Star Wars: The Force Unleashed sold 5.7 units worldwide across all platforms since releasing in September, making it the fastest-selling Star Wars game in history. Several versions of the title were shipped, with LucasArts developing editions for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360; Krome Studios for PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, and Wii; n-Space for DS; and Universomo for iPod Touch, iPhone, N-Gage, and other mobiles.
