SEGA has today added a number of new titles to their warmly received PSN Essentials Spring Sale. Launched back in late March, the PSN Essentials Spring Sale continues to offer a number of top-tier PlayStation Portable titles at a greatly reduced price, as well as PlayStation 3 downloadable content (DLC) and some ports of classics Mega-Drive games.

Much-anticipated Sega title The Club will miss the Christmas release window, after the publisher admitted that its release has slipped until next year. The 360, PS3 and PC action title, which was developed by Project Gotham creators Bizarre Creations, was previously due for release at the end of this year.
Sega announced today that Sonic and his speedy rivals will return to PSP this fall in Sonic Rivals 2. This sequel to Sonic's first 2D action platformer on the handheld, which is also exclusive to PSP, features a revamped rival jostling gameplay system for tighter head-to-head competition.
