OutRun 2006 Coast 2 Coast

Remember how PSP Go was supposed to let you transfer UMD games onto the system's hard drive? Well, it never happened. The closest we got was a reward scheme that let you get some free games if you registered any single UMD, even though the message that flashed up on the screen said 'you may now download this game from the PlayStation Store'. Well, it's all coming back, only this time with Vita, if rumours are to be believed. Only this time, suggestions are that you can pay a small fee and transfer any game.

Sega has officially announced today that OutRun 2006 Coast 2 Coast will be simultaneously released for PSP and PS2 in March 2006. It will be the first version of the adored arcade racing game to ever appear on a Sony machine, and should support WiFi on the PSP and online multiplayer for PS2. With 12 Ferrari supercars, including the classic red Testarossa and the super-hot F430, Coast 2 Coast will also collect together 30 stages from the best of OutRun 2 and the new OutRun 2 SP arcade

Outrun 2006 is hurtling its way to consoles this March and, to prove it's still the ultimate arcade racer, Sega has sent us the latest screens of Outrun 2006: Coast 2 Coast 's "beautiful journey". Outrun 2006 will test your power-sliding prowess over 15 branching stages as you travel through picturesque US countryside. Then there's the option to play online to find out who's the quickest and most stylish driver, and Sega has recently announced that it is working with DemonWare to ensure that
