PSP News | God of War: Chains of Olympus
Sony Computer Entertainment appears to have dropped the name of Kratos' ultra-violent PSP outing, God of War: Chains of Olympus. We're assuming Chains of Olympus is the much-touted PSP series entry, because we can't really see a 'III' fitting on the end of that logo - though the third, PS3 entry is undoubtedly under construction. We'll let you ...

A "complete" list of publishers and developers attending the newly slimmed-down E3 have been made available to press, and as expected the numbers fall far short of previous expos. Just 32 companies (yes, you read that right) are listed for this year's event, which will take place in Santa Monica in July. PSP News | SOCOM: US Navy SEALs Fireteam Bravo 2
Monday 23 April 2007 This morning we were alarmed to discover that Sony had enlisted us with the elite American assault force, the US Navy SEALs. Waiting for us in the post was a lovely canvas package promising to give us 'advanced training' before 'deployment' - no doubt into one of the world's many violent hotspots. Crikey, we thought, our breakfast hasn't even settled yet. Fortunately, we haven't actually been press ganged. The package is just a neat, thoughtful way of delivering some ...

We Love: Unlikely allies: After the national tragedy of this week's Virginia Tech shooting, it's difficult to imagine a positive side - but we're nonetheless relieved to see prominent media figures come forward to say games aren't the real problem. Anti-game activist Jack Thompson got yelled at on national TV by Chris Matthews and then slammed in an MSNBC article. Rush Limbaugh downplayed the supposed dangers of videogames on his radio show. It's true that neither Matthews nor Limbaugh are ...

Sony America has released info on its Q2 line-up of games for the four three PlayStation platforms. And when the PS2 line-up looks better than your PS3 portfolio, you know there's something not quite right. According to Sony over 100 first and third-party titles will launch over the next few months, which Sony describes as "an impressively robust software line-up." Over 100 games across three platforms is bound to cover most genre of gaming but the only one that's missing - especially for PS3 ...

PSP News from N4G | Free Running
PSP - Free Running - World's largest video game demo A lot of weird and wonderful things have been done to promote a new game, but projecting the game onto the side of building so that it can be seen from five miles away has to be one of the most impressive.

Rebellion and Reef Entertainment together with the Chief Marketing Office (CMO) in Rotterdam, Netherlands, projected the game onto the Nedlloyd building in the City. The Nedlloyd is the largest in Rotterdam at over 20 floors high and overlooks the main waterway in the centre of the City.

Goichi "Suda 51" Suda's "Project-S" has been revealed, and as previously rumored it is indeed based on Hideo Kojima's PSX and Saturn cult adventure game Snatcher... but it's not actually a game. The latest Japanese Famitsu reveals that first of several Snatcher projects will be a radio drama written by Mr. Suda himself, who will also star as one of the voice actors in the drama. "I think I will call it 'Snatchers,'" he said, adding that he "can't talk about the details of the story at this ...
