To celebrate PaRappa moving onto the PSP this summer, Sony (PlayStation.com) is sponsoring Limited Edition T-Shirt Giveaways featuring PaRappa and Julius (that monkey!).
The free magazine for Sony PSP and Nintendo DS gamers includes Worms Open Warfare 2, Pursuit Force 2, Sonic Rush Adventure and Pokemon Diamond and Pearl previews. It also has reviews of Anno 1701, Superbikes 07, Sim City and more.
Finally, Sony has announced that the PSP port of legendary 2.5D rapping dog simulator, PaRappa The Rapper, is coming to North American PSPs. It's the same PSP port that shown at the Tokyo Game Show last September, which means the same levels, same jams, and the same kooky characters as the 1997 PSone original.
Sony is re-releasing the original Parappa The Rapper for the PSP. It doesn't just stop there, though, because that would be a pretty awful way of celebrating ten years of rap-fighting your way to the front of a toilet queue...

The juiciest tidbit from the April issue of EGM is kind of a bummer: A Crackdown sequel looks like it won't happen any time soon. Sure, Microsoft has danced around the idea of making another addictive orb-hunting shooter, but Quartermann says even if Crackdown 2 does come to fruition, original developer Realtime Worlds probably won't be making it.
