You might have read last weeks story on how Texan police have used the promise of free Xbox 360s to lure fugitive crimials out of hiding. While its a downright hilarious example to round off the year with, 2007 has been crammed like an over-crowded prison with tales of videogame-related crime.
Of course, were not talking about games themselves inciting violent outbursts in those who play them (Calm down Jack!). No, rather this year has seen a staggering amount of crime stories

Males between the ages of 10 and 34 - put down that Victorias Secret catalogue and shut off Family Guy ‘cause we have a spanking-new SmackDown! vs Raw 2008 trailer for your adolescent-minded peepers. On display here is the entrance theme for the members of DX, Triple H and Shawn Michaels.
Watch as they strut to ringside amidst bizarre subliminal images of bar codes, exotic dancers and a police unit. Fun fact: DX or Degeneration-X is derived from the terms

Based on the fairly out-there premise of rebuilding the cosmos by rolling around a magical sticky ball, Katamari wooed gamers not just for its innovative core gameplay mechanic, but also its irresistible characters and bonkers style. We fell in love the moment we first saw the intro, which, if

One constant complaint from fans of the long-running SmackDown! franchise has been that the wrestlers control the same for the most part. Oh sure, specific wrestlers have been tweaked annually to reflect their real-life counterpart and weight class, but now you can choose primary and secondary fighting styles, forever changing the way you play WWEs pinnacle sim.
We just got a hold of all primary and secondary from the WWE fanatics at THQ so you can start planning your future

At a WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2008 event held in London last week, THQ's vice president of product development, Keith Kirby, revealed that gamers could look forward to a lot more WWE offerings in the future, providing dedicated lovers of the wrestling with more besides the annual update of its flagship series.
Although carefully cagey about details, Kirby told GamesRadar that he had recently been in New York for a meeting, the purpose of which was to "talk about all sorts of new and
Sony's annual E3 press conference opened with what could have been the biggest reveal of the entire show if it hadn't been leaked last week: the new $499 price of the PS3, as well as the introduction of a new $599 model that comes with an 80GB hard drive and a copy of online-enabled dirt racer Motorstorm. This left biggy-wig Jack Tretton (who began the event speaking through his character in the PS3 virtual world Home) to launch right into the publisher's game-centric, four-part

It's an oldie, but by the looks of these new screens, Wipeout is still a goodie. Wipeout Pulse is a PSP-only speedfest, continuing the series' trend for giving owners of Sony's sleek machine something to look forward to on every train journey.
You can also head elsewhere to see a video of the game in action. Wipeout Pulse should be out in
