Sony has announced a brand new PSP bundle set to launch this Christmas but only US gamers will benefit from the PSP Entertainment Pack, Sony has confirmed.
The new pack features a copy of ATV Offroad Fury: Blazin' Trails, the Lords of Dogtown movie on UMD and a whopping 1GB memory stick - all for $250 (roughly £133). However, a Sony spokesman has informed us that the pack will not be released in the
Been wondering how PS3's online service can hope to compete with Xbox Live? We sure have. Looks like the answer has arrived: Next Generation reports that Xfire, a popular PC online game browser and chat system, is prepping a PS3 version - one that will be compatible with the upcoming Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom, according to leaked info. Sony: making a smart decision today. If you can't develop it yourself, just buy it. When asked for comment, Ken Kutaragi, President and CEO of Sony

Everyone's favourite time-controlling Iranian royal is making his way back to PSP this Christmas in the shape of Prince of Persia Rival Swords.
As with his previous PSP outing he's retreading his steps through the most recent current-gen game - this time The Two Thrones - with a few new levels thrown in for good measure.
Rival Swords features a new multiplayer mode, letting you race against a friend as either Prince or Dark Prince, triggering traps in their level
Sony - bad at hardware. Official.
Don't take it from us - according to one of Sony's top executives, it is. Our brothers at Next Generation report that Ken Kutaragi, the man known as the "father of the PlayStation," has admitted that the component shortages - which have slashed the number of PS3s available at launch to next-to-nothing - prove that "Sony's strength in hardware is in decline." First, he told you you'd need an extra job to buy a PS3. Then, he compared it to a fine dinner in a

Rainbow Six Vegas, the terrorist-blasting tactical squad shooter, will be going into action on PSP this Christmas.
With a different storyline, cast of characters and gameplay from the PS3 and Xbox 360 version, the PSP outing will feature two characters, WiFi six-man multiplayer and the Terrorist Hunt quick-play mode, pitting you against an endless stream of bad guys.
Single-player mode sees you switching between the skills of each team member - field op Brian
By now, anyone who's been to YouTube (i.e. everyone) has discovered Japan's flamboyant homosexual comic Hard Gay. Well, the trend doesn't stop there. Remember Tingle's Rose-Colored Rupee Land, or whatever it's called? That Japan-only DS game starring the creepy fairy-wannabe from Zelda? Well... we already knew it was more than a bit peculiar. But Nintendo-loving blogger Chris Kohler has located an interesting new character... and posted a movie. Turns out tingle isn't alone: Capcom's
Publisher Ubisoft today announced that Rainbow Six Vegas will be hitting the PSP around the same time that its console big brother stomps onto the PS3 and Xbox 360. Rather than just downsizing the glitzy Sin City shooter for the handheld, however, the PSP Rainbow Six will be an entirely new game that will parallel the console version's storyline. Taking control of two operatives - a commando who works on the ground and a sniper who kills from above - players will blast their way through
Playing through LEGO Star Wars II inspired us to take on the foolhardy task of recreating the entire original trilogy out of the game's many cutscenes. Just to make it more interesting, we gave ourselves a time limit of two minutes. So here you have it: A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, in LEGO form, delivered in less than 120 seconds. Click the Movies tab and enjoy!
Too much Devil May Cry
The web is magical. No one source seems to have the whole story, but if you browse around enough, you can pull it all together. Fortunately, we take away the work... and just leave you with the tender fruit.
First up for PS3 hit-to-be Devil May Cry 4: a new hero. According to Kotaku (via a shoddy translation of top Japanese mag Famitsu) the latest adventure in the series will not star white-haired hemi-demon Dante, but instead a new lead character called Nero Angelo.
