While Madden on the PSP is lacking some of the console features, it shouldn't be defined by its omissions. You won't find Superstar mode, and you aren't able to jump the snap on defense, but they're not missed. Plus, players don't do much celebrating after big plays here. It does have the new Highlight moves (though they're tougher to pull off on the PSP than the console, as there's not a second analog stick), and the ability to link your franchise to your PS2, and back, remains a brilliant feature.
Add it all up, and you've got a fantastic package that'll keep you fighting for yardage even when you're driving around in your Madden Cruiser.
