Adorable green-haired idiots are marching to their doom. Guess who gets to save them?

But while the suicidal rodents look sharp and the gameplay is still some of the best puzzle gaming around, there’s no escaping the fact that Lemmings simply doesn’t bring much that’s new to the table. A 15-year-old game with sweet graphics and a level editor is still a 15-year-old game, and the fact that we’ve been playing it for years doesn’t do much to ease the $40 price tag - no matter how fun it is to watch the Lemmings all explode when you quit a level.
